My approach to
Corporate Coaching
Scope
I begin by taking a brief to clarify the purpose of the coaching as well as measures of success. I look to understand the organisational structure, key stakeholders, which organisational objectives the coaching will support, and any other context that may be relevant.
Contracting
I set up initial meetings with either the line manager and the individual, or just the individual with the aim of understanding development areas, any feedback to consider within the coaching. Key outcome of these meetings will be establishing a shared agenda, outcomes and what support might be needed.
Develop
We work together to understand the blockers and the areas to focus on to drive change. We may cover a number of different approaches, such as growth areas from internal feedback, checking in on emotional wellness and growth mindset, as well as strength profiling. I work with empathy, and gentle challenge and provide support through incisive questioning and thought-provoking reflections.
Action
I provide the space to translate vision into clear goals and actionable next steps. I create an environment to evaluate progress, to identify setbacks and to map out a plan to overcome them. I encourage commitment and our sessions aim to drive accountability in the delivery of goals.
