1. Important information and who we are
This website is operated by Emma Pring Coaching. We are an individual and corporate coaching business registered in the United Kingdom.
2. The data we collect about you
We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:
▴ Identity Data includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier, marital status, title, date of birth and gender.
▴ Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers.
▴ Financial Data includes bank account and payment card details.
▴ Transaction Data includes details about payments to and from you and other details of products and services you have purchased from us.
▴ Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.

▴ Where we need to comply with a legal obligation.
5. Retention Period
We will keep your personal data for the duration of the period you use Emma Pring
Coaching services. We shall retain your data only for as long as necessary in
accordance with applicable laws.
On the ending of your custom, we may keep your data for up to seven years after you
have cancelled your services with us. We may not be able to delete your data before
this time due to our legal and/or accountancy obligations. We assure you that your
personal data shall only be used for these purposes stated herein.
6. Disclosures of your personal data
We may have to share your personal data with the parties set out below for the
purposes set out in section 4 above:
▴ Service providers who provide IT and system administration services.
▴ Professional advisers including lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers who
provide consultancy, banking, legal, insurance and accounting services.
▴ HM Revenue & Customs, regulators and other authorities who require
reporting of processing activities in certain circumstances.
▴ Professional Coaching Bodies for evidence of professional development.
7. International transfers
We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data
from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or
disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees who
have a business need-to-know. They will only process your personal data on our
instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
9. Your legal rights
You have the right to object to our use of your personal data, or ask us to delete,
remove or stop using it if there is no need for us to keep it. This is known as your
right to be forgotten. There may be legal and accountancy reasons why we will need
to keep your data, but please do inform us if you think we are retaining or using your
personal data incorrectly.
Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation
to your personal data including the right to receive a copy of the personal data we
hold about you and the right to make a complaint at any time to the Information
Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority for data protection issues
(www.ico.org.uk). We would however appreciate the chance to deal with your
concerns before you approach the ICO so please contact us in the first instance.
